Proposal Approval & Scheduling

If you decide to move forward:

• Approve the proposal
• Review and proceed with the payment schedule
• Schedule your project start date

Material Delivery

After approval and down payment, we order all necessary materials. Materials are typically delivered and stored neatly in your home, usually in your garage, for a few days prior to project start.

Carpentry & Installation

Our carpentry team arrives as scheduled, usually between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

• Tools are set up outside whenever possible (driveway or garage)
• Work areas are cleaned daily
• All leftover materials are removed

Precision, care, and respect for your home are always our priority.

Painting & Final Walkthrough

Once carpentry is complete, our painting team arrives to finish the project.

• All areas are carefully protected and prepped
• Moldings, walls, and ceilings are painted as needed
• Final inspection ensures every detail meets our standards
